Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed or access was disabled in error, you may file a Counter-Notice. Your Counter-Notice must include:
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or if outside the U.S., the Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Counter-Notices should also be sent to the Designated Agent listed above.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers of others’ intellectual property rights.
